These days, we’re all familiar with being asked to provide positive feedback whenever we’ve interacted with a big firm. But when you’re a small business, customer feedback can be worth its weight in gold. And if it’s unsolicited praise, even better.
The benefits are obvious. You have a happy customer/client. Someone who’s gone out their way to praise your product, service or customer service. You now have proof of this, that you can use to help sell your product/service to the next person.
Some tips: Make it easy for customers to leave feedback. Keep on track of reviews left on Google, Facebook and elsewhere like Checkatrade. Respond to all feedback, both good and bad. And showcase your best client testimonials on your website (and social media), alongside your relevant products and services.
