Businesses: It’s more than likely that you will benefit from having a Google Business Profile (formerly known as Google My Business). Once you’re set up, begin publishing regular business Updates/Offers/Events, to help reach your target audience.
These updates help Google to know that you are still active, which is a plus point in their algorithms. They are also displayed within your Google Maps details, along with your opening hours, contact details and customer reviews. More about those another time.
