16 years’ experience at your service

If you are a small/medium-sized business with no Internal Comms team, we can offer internal communications advice as well. For example, we can tell you how to:
- introduce monthly schedules for staff briefings and methods for gathering feedback
- develop communications plans and measure their effectiveness, and
- consider Internal Communications channels, with all their pros and cons.
Simon had 16 years’ experience of working as an Internal Communications Manager. This included creating communication campaigns for a staff of 2,000 — and writing and publishing articles, updates and briefings on his former employer’s intranet.
The aim, always, was to increase employee engagement and attitude scores — and he regularly measured and analysed the effectiveness of his internal comms.

Former colleague testimonial
Since working as Site Review UK, I’ve not yet provided internal communications advice for clients. However, see my LinkedIn profile for endorsements and this recommendation from a former colleague:
“I worked closely with Simon when designing and implementing the Intranet and more recently on the launch of new communication tools as part of a wider strategic goal of better knowledge and information sharing. Simon is thoughtful, well organised and pays close attention to detail and the end user experience. His work reflects his experience, an understanding of the organisation and an appreciation of the changing environment. His methodical approach means he can be relied on to deliver as promised.”
