Latest news

Summer 2022. Site Review UK has been busy for a few months, so here’s our latest news.

New service

This summer, we formally launch our website design service, having learnt so many skills across a range of website platforms and having now designed and built three websites from scratch. Please help to spread the word if you know anyone in need of a new website or a redesign. The service will include all the Search Engine Optimisation work I offer to all clients, plus work to optimise your written content.

Here’s a reminder about our other main services.

1. Our specialist area is providing personalised professional website audits (& SEO audits) to small businesses. For an affordable fee, we will optimise your content and SEO for you. Click the link to read further details.

2. The Site Review UK Platinum service provides ongoing independent marketing support service, targeted at slightly larger, more established businesses. For just £90/month, we’ll keep a constant review of your website content and support you with campaigns across LinkedIn and social media. Available to only a limited number of companies, so register your interest today.

3. Increasingly, we are helping clients with their Facebook business page. Having one of these really is vital for a small business. It’s another useful shop window for you. So, it’s important to know how to optimise your Facebook business page settings, to complement your business website. We can also explain how to ensure your Facebook followers keep seeing your posts at the top of their feed – and draft posts for you that will help drive successful customer conversions.

4. We’re also now able to manage your online shop if you have one (via your website, eBay or Shopify). This includes optimising product images and descriptions and fine-tuning your SEO and checkout process to drive your online sales… and is especially useful if you are now busy in-store, post-Covid. We currently have the capacity to manage two more online shops for clients.

New clients

Our SEO audits, content writing services and Facebook business page tips are helping an increasing number of small businesses. We now have a UK-wide profile on Bark, a web-based lead generation platform, so are selecting projects nationwide to apply to work on.

Latest clients include:

  • Gavin Horrell, a local wedding photographer, who asked Simon to create a new website for him and optimise his Facebook page.
  • Channel and Tray, a Midlands-based supplier of cable trays and trunking, who found us via Bark and requested help with their SEO settings, image alt-text descriptions and with setting up a Facebook page.
  • Arwad Khalifeh, a multi-talented Arab-British broadcast journalist based between London and Dubai, who found us via Bark and needed help with her website layout and SEO.
  • A top-end legal firm in London, who returned to ask for further proofreading work for their new venture – a recruitment consultancy. I have now copy-edited two entire websites for them, to remove any unnecessary and inaccessible legal jargon.
